Guests create a profile, discover restaurants, and see Safe / Caution / Do Not Order flags at no cost. We want as many allergy-aware guests as possible using Mesava, which is what makes the platform valuable for restaurants too.
Utah restaurants can claim their venue and start building their menu now. Billing begins later, when the Utah onboarding window closes — not a fixed trial cliff. We'll notify owners before any charge.
The first 25 Utah venues that join pay $19/mo for one location for the lifetime of their active subscription, even after Starter moves to $29/mo. The price is locked as long as the account stays in good standing.
Yes. Restaurant plans can be canceled or changed from the restaurant dashboard. There is no long-term contract for Starter or Pro.
Founding, Starter, and Pro pricing covers one location. Additional locations will be billed separately — we expect roughly $39/mo per extra location once multi-location support launches.
